Capcom Japan has uploaded a new trailer for its promising Lost Planet spinoff E.X Troopers for the Nintendo 3DS and PlayStation 3. The game is apparently meant to launch in Japan late Summer. Sadly Capcom has neglected to mention a Western release for E.X Troopers. Would you like to see the game come to the West?

We don’t know that yet, sadly. :( Actually, we know almost nothing, we’ve only seen gameplay for now, no actual information.

Nah. There are loads of games that get western releases without a 360 version. It may or may not get a western release, but I hardly feel that the 360 will be a deciding factor.
XBOX in Japan is treated like a SEGA Dreamcast here in the west.
Hmm not really when you think about it: PS3 is popular on Japan. The Xbox360 is not very popular at all in Japan so they probably didn’t make bring it there for that reason. The Wii probably can’t handle this game, and the Vita is not doing so good, so they probably decided not to bring it their either. The 3DS is doing great in Japan so they probably decided to bring it to that.
True but I said that thinking that the Xbox 360 is popular in the west so if they are not bringing the game to that console then maybe the game wont get a western release. But as I said, anything can happen.

Uhm, I just showed a video originating in early 2011 where they demonstrate a proof of concept Lost Planet 2 with visuals pretty much identical to the PS3 version and in rendered in real time for the Vita. They also announced that a LP title IS coming.
