Sega America has just announced that they will be releasing a bonus pre-order edition of Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed when the game arrives in North America on November 20, 2012. The bonus edition will include the exclusive OutRun Bay track and Sonic the Hedgehog’s popular rival Metal Sonic. Sadly the bonus edition has only been announced for PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and PlayStation Vita so far.
The bonus should be with Wii U, too. Just be patient :)

I think I know why the Nintendo versions don’t have one yet. Maybe Nintendo don’t want SEGA talking about DLC yet until they revealed info about the Wii U eShop and about the 3DS version, well SEGA themselves haven’t released any details about the 3DS version yet apart from that it’s going to be on 3DS.
