Real Canadian Superstore has sent a flyer out to its customers which clearly states that a Black Nintendo 3DS XL console will be available this weekend. The advert says that it’s a new all black colour and will retail for $179.97. Hopefully Nintendo of America and Nintendo Europe will officially confirm the black 3DS XL sometime later this week.

I’m fairly certain the only new 3DS models we can expect to see will be limited edition models. There most likely won’t be any new features until they release their next handheld console.
Sticking with my Original Blue Launch 3DS. Since they dont make them anymore its rare. Plus I hate the XL.

Fortunately, my 3DS XL is the Pikachu edition. So I’m perfectly happy with what I’ve got.
Still want that Mint White version japan has. That or the gold Pokemon one…I’ll get whichever comes out first.

I’m already having a black edition of the 3DS XL. I’m living in Germany and bought it 2 or 3 months ago. So why should this 3DS be new?
