Japanese gaming publication Famistu has published the biggest-selling video games between April 1st 2013 and April 3rd 2014. 1. Anyone can click your name, look at your profile, find your YouTube account, and look and see that you’re a completely rational, sane, reasonably aged youthful person. We’re not dense. Don’t be a troll.

    1. Forecasting a future troll comment in less than 3 months from now, possibly on a different nintendo news thread, saying “the 3ds sux!!!”
Well, this proves the 3ds DOES NOT suck :)

    2. I belive this is proof that Nintendo needs games like GTA (no you don’t have to buy them) but the fact that its the only game on the list that was not on a Nintendo system suggests that if it were on Wii U, then their would only be Nintendo systems on this list. (ps3 is only here due to GTA)

    1. That’s the problem of having half-assed news.

Wii Party U has been bundled alongside Nintendo Land and 8 Gb Wii U in Japan.

    2. Because NSMBU had a full year to sell copies and NSMB tends to sell better than 3D Mario in general. In response to all this nonsense about Wii Party – I think it’s great to see a good casual game selling well on Wii U. Shows that in Japan at least, casuals are actually buying the console, which is healthy for Nintendo. There aren’t any casuals buying Wii U in the west, and that’s a large part of its failure.

  1. Why the GTA picture? a) it’s not a Nintendo game and this is a Nintendo website and b) it’s not even very high on the list.
Seems like click bait to me.

    1. Because that is the odd thing (Well I will say it New Super Mario Bros U, but people are saying it is because the game is in the list because “bundle” and I can belive that) in this list, all Nintendo games, exept that one

    2. Oh nevermind, there is a huge GTA V picture that I coudln’t see on my phone. Yeah definitely click bate.

  2. I believe the two WiiU games were included in bundles, that’s why they’re on the list. There’s no way a game like Wii party U would sell better than other WiiU games, or any other game in general even, otherwise.

    1. chedder jack cheese

They bought the bundle for the game… as this is hard to believe causr why would u buy a system for a game… if it wasnt bundle with said game… wpuld u still sell systems? Hmmm..

    1. Top 10 in japan. Where they dont play xbox and the ps4 just came out.

If 3ds wasnt doing amazing then id assume japan just doesnt play video games

      1. LOL!

Take a look at the past charts and you will realize that after the PS4 lauch frenzy, all returned to steady levels.

Xbox brand never was, is not and won’t be anything in Japan due to its questionable quality.

        Is this Nintendo fault?

You looked so naive with your argument, if not plain stupid.

        IN YO FACE, HATER!

  3. Thats the first thing that came to my mind, why is he using a non nintendo game as the picture, he should have had a pokemon picture. i swear this website is backwards.

  4. now we got the facts…
    nintendo is doomed :-)
the most games (3ds) arent from nintendo,
so we see how important is 3th parties.
    without these, the 3ds sucks.

we are all gamers, it dosent mather from witch land… eh system.

      1. nope…
but im tied to play mario over and over again.
i like them but too much is too much.
its the same when you like pizza, if you eat every day the same, youll cant see it after a while.

    1. Tomodachi Collection Shin Seikatsu Is made by Nintendo. 8D
Most games in the list are made by Nintendo.

    2. Same can be said about the PS4 & XB1. In fact, the 3DS has quite a few 1st party titles. How many 1st party games does PS4 & XB1 have right now?

  5. Mann a lot of 3DS titles. You know its funny, i dont see call of duty. In the west is cod very populair. And in the east pokemon or japanese titles

  6. Pokemon is king in Japan, monster hunter is only prince. Someone said Japan has bad taste is games? Japan has the best taste in games out of any other country imo. pokemon, dragon quest, MH4… Way better than cod, fifa, and Madden..
