In addition to supporting the Wii U Pro Controller, Bayonetta 2 can be played with the Classic Controller Pro. The upcoming action title also includes support for the Wii U GamePad, which allows users to play the game with its stylus and touch screen. A Bayonetta 2-focused Nintendo Direct aired last night and provided more details on its characters, storyline, weapons and more. The game launches exclusively for Wii U on October 24th.

im always happy when I learn that a wiiU game supports the wii classic pro controller. I don’t like the wiiU pro controller that I have and I made sure to get a few classic pros for back up when rumors were going around that they were being discontinued awhile back.
I don’t really like the Classic Controller Pro. It just doesn’t feel like the right controller for these games. Action packed games like this need rumble! But it’s cool for Virtual Console though. I have the gold one btw. I prefer the Pro Controller.

I played with the original classic and I ordered 3 pros. One black, one white and I saw a gold pro/Goldeneye going for $40 new on Amazon and I had to order that one. I might get a couple of those gamecube style pdp controllers if reviews are good.
Its nice to know I’m not the only one who really likes the pro controller. I have a black one. But I plan on getting two more. Once I do my friends are going to play the hell out my Wii U like old times. Only thing pro controller needs is those turbo buttons from GAmecube controller. My order of Ninte dog’s best controllers are Pro controller, GameCube then Gamepad.

Question, what other systems should I get? I already have a Wii U, but I am not satisfied with that.
My current laptop has horrible specs and most games can barely run.
So, Xbox One or PlayStation 4. So far, I’d rather have a PlayStation 4, since it’s cheaper and can let you upload gameplay on YouTube.
PS4. It’s gonna have the widest range of games, from multiplatform to exxlusices from both first and third parties. Apparently the multiplatforms also run better on PS4, if you check out IGN’s wiki page where they show reports on how well a game runs on both consoles, PS4 won in every game category

Good! I just bought the Classic Crontroller Pro a few weeks ago (it finally became affordable in my city after it stopped being manufactured). I want to play more games with it!
Gamepad is the best controller to use for Wii U. Don’t even both buying the Pro Controller or hooking up your Classic Controller.
Isn’t it nice to see some Wii U owners debating which controller is better to use? Too bad you can’t say the same for DS4. What I like about the Gamepad is if the sothware requires you to really need it like touch screen etc.
Wii Pro controller for me. My hands are really too small for the gamepad to fit comfortably, but I haven’t gotten the Wii U pro controller so the Wii one will be best. I hate having the Wii remote connected to it though, so hopefully I would have bought a Wii U pro controller by then.
