We found out about Luigi’s Mansion Arcade last year, but we’ve yet to hear much about the title. As you might expect, the game is based on Luigi’s Mansion 2: Dark Moon, but with a nice twist. The arcade game comes with what they’re calling ‘Obacurm‘ vacuum controllers. These unique accessories produce what could be described as a vacuum cleaner feel when you suck up those pesky ghosts and shiny coins. Luigi’s Mansion Arcade will be showcased by Sega Japan and Capcom at this year’s JAEPO Expo. Let’s just hope it comes to the west.

It made for an arcade, not for home. Arcade games aren’t fun to play if you play them continuously.
Arcade is the base of gameplay, any arcade game can be extended to become even more fun, depends on the amount of time you have to develop all those extras around the base game
Speak for yourself. I can always go for arcade games or arcade style games, its why I buy Nintendo consoles.

Another game we will never see in the west. A first person Luigis Mansion on the Wii U would easily be a million seller in a matter of weeks.
I just HATE the way they made the ghosts look in Dark Moon. I prefer the ghosts that look more human. Sure, the original Luigi’s Mansion had these glowing sort of ghosts too, but there was a good mix of different ghosts in that.
