  1. Back in the Nintendo Power days, they had an annual Nintendo game awards known as THE NESTERS. Those were great times.

      1. I recommend that you worry about grown up shit when you yourself grow up. It’s not all glitz and glamour son. So stay young, have fun, drink Pepsi.

  2. It’s cool that Nintendo does stuff like this. Though it may not be funny, it shows that they have personality. Which is something the other game companies can learn from.

    1. Why the need to judge everything Nintendo does? Good or bad, this has nothing to do with you and is neither important enough to brag about or be jealous about.

      1. Why the need to judge everything people on this website do? Good or bad, this has nothing to do with you and is not important enough to care about.

If you’re going to criticise someone for something, at least make sure you aren’t doing it yourself.

        1. I simply asked you a question. The only thing remotely close to judging you personally was the assumption that you can read. Obviously you can read but you lack comprehension.

    1. Apparently, there was a French film called “Bird People” that aired at Cannes. It has Josh Charles from ‘The Good Wife” in it.

  3. Hmmm… How about a “Playstation Award” for Best Remastered/Remade Movie or Best Independent Movie? Or “Xbox Award” for Best Action Shooter? (American Sniper would probably win that). But I am surprised there’s no “Mario Award” for Most Recognizable Movie of the Year or Most Overly Used Actor in Filming or something.

        1. It’s just cheesy softcore with a flimsy plot and very boring “sex” scenes, the only people who can be excited by what the movie depicts are sexually frustrated middle aged housewives and teenage virgins.

      1. Not to mention Smaug only appeared for the first 10 minutes of the film, whereas Dragon 2 had dragons throughout.

        1. What he said. I remember it being the same with all 3 movies, i think in the first he only appeared in a flashback and a cliffhanger in the end (therefore he was never encountered), despite the title in the second he only appeared significantly in the end, then only briefly appeared in the third

  5. If this was for video games then Saints Row IV should win the best Barrel Roll Award. Maybe even the Ocerina of Time Award

  6. The Birdo Award seems very circumstantial, but the others actually make for fine categories, with the increasing quantity and quality of sci-fi, action and superhero movies there’s more than enough material for even the rather strange Star Fox category.

    1. Ridley, the Angel of Death

Funny since all of your comments on this site suggests your head is always stuck up your ass. So I ask. How can it spin into your asshole if it’s already there?

  7. Ridley, the Angel of Death

They missed an award: Xenoblade Chronicles, for best musical soundtrack in a film. I don’t know of any other movies with an impressive soundtrack but I cast my vote for The Hobbit: Battle of the Five Armies none the less.
