Insomniac Games’ upcoming Ratchet & Clank game for PlayStation 4 includes at least one reference to Star Fox. In the new gameplay footage above, near the 2:19 mark, you can hear one of the characters shouting to the main player to “do a barrel roll” – one of the most famous quotes from Nintendo’s long-running 3D scrolling-shooter series. The next Star Fox game is Star Fox Zero, which is being co-developed by Platinum Games. It is scheduled to launch during the first quarter of 2016 for Wii U

What are you talking about exactly? Because I’ve played them all and this is not much different than previous installments. Other than the run animations being smoother now and more realistic, I don’t see much of a difference in run speed.

And, I have no idea what the player pausing in this or you pausing in Zelda, have anything to do with the actual game itself, but okay.

Wii U is now nothing so of course any and all consoles shits on it.
That’s not even the problem, the issue is that Star Fox Zero in itself looks bad, the wii u has proven itself with games like Bayonetta 2, zelda and Xenoblade yet Zero doesn’t live up to any of those
That’s because it looks like yet another Star Fox 64 remake instead of a follow up to Assault with Assault’s TPS gameplay. Imagine that with online 12-player multiplayer, actual live online video chat via icon from 3D port, open world and shit. That would be a great game. But Nintendo loves acting like arrogant pussies these days and not go crazy in game/console designs and recycles the same shit. That’s not the “innovative” Nintendo. That’s “Chickenshit” Nintendo.
Aside from that, I’m pumped to see the movie and buying the new game if it comes to PS3 as well. I’m enjoying Tools of Destruction. :)

I mean, it is innovative in the sense that is uses the Wii U controller as a cockpit view, with other vehicles also utilizing the second screen. Still, with that being said, what you said sounds like a load of fun, I loved Assault, I would love to see them make it larger.
Cockpit view..on a Gamepad..that mobile itself with Flight Simulators and games have already done before this game even existed. Try again.
They really should’ve made a Star Fox Assault follow up or even an HD remake.

Ratchet and Clank was one of my most favorite Sony games back during PS2.
I played the hell out of Going Commando back then.
I freakin hated this planet!! It was the hardest part of the game for me minus the final boss. The rest was really easy. I don’t know why but I SUCKED at the beginning of this planet.
