FDG Entertainment recently announced that it is bringing at least two of its projects to Nintendo Switch in 2017. One of them turns out to be Monster Boy, which is scheduled to launch next year on Nintendo’s upcoming console alongside other platforms. The game is a side-scrolling action adventure that challenges players to overcome bosses, find hidden passages, discover powerful equipment and use their skills to remove a powerful curse.

I actually had that game on my Wii Virtual Console back in the day (and boy was it a hard game). Then my Wii got corrupted somehow, and I lost every VC and WiiWare game I had. Which further strengthened my attitude towards digital games.
It is quite challenging for sure. I would think you should be able to go back and download those games from the original Wii shop since you’ve already payed for them. You can probably do it from your Wii U.
I already tried to get them back. But Nintendo couldn’t do anything for me. And I can’t even remember why? It was like, before Nintendo kept records of people’s downloads, or SOMETHING.
