Nintendo Wii: Low Wii Sales May Lead To Wii Price Cut

Whilst the Wii is continuing to dominate the hardware charts, the reality is sales for the console have dropped as much as 50% year-over-year.

Michael Pachter, an analyst for Wedbush Morgan, genuinely believes that Nintendo will ultimately consider a price cut for the innovative console this holiday season.

We believe Nintendo will be more promotional, and will consider price cuts in order to increase sales during the holidays.

  1. Lol, I highly doubt that Nintendo will cut the price down any time soon. It’s already the cheapest console, it has no need to go down any further. They’d probably lose money.
