Nintendo have launched the first firmware update for the recently released Nintendo 3DS, adding additional network features and a brand new 3D music video.
The new firmware update takes the system to version 1.1.0-1J and is available to download now if you’re lucky enough to be the proud owner of a Japanese Nintendo 3DS.
- General system stability update
- Update to SpotPass: expansion of data retrieval for things like the notice list
- Bug fix for Network functionality: the system had previously been unable to receive data from some hot spots and Nintendo Zones.
- Addition of Music Live 3D Video: Adds Super Mario Bros. theme featuring Koji Kondo on piano.

That’s brilliant! I hope the 3D video player will be adequately supported.
And i hope that the flashcards finally can be blocked!
huh? I hope flash cards become easier to use XP
And I hope people will pay for games they want!
im from argentina and the games here are very very expensive. $50 dolars
thats why we use flashcards
I’m happy that Nintendo is releasing firmware updates that actually do something we care about.
