According to the recent NPD sales figures the Nintendo Wii suffered its slowest sales month ever in the United States during April.
Sales figures for the Nintendo 3DS unfortunately weren’t much better with the 3D system selling less than half as many units in the entire month as it did during its March launch week. Undoubtedly sales for the system will pick up once Nintendo brings out the highly anticipated Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D, Star Fox 64 3D and Kid Icarus during the summer months.

No surprise here, however, I am not worried about the 3DS sales. It’s still a great system. When June comes along, things will change.

I’m sure when these games come out, it’ll sell more. My brother is probably going to get his net month.
