Nintendo 3DS: Tetris Is Officially Dropping Onto The Nintendo 3DS

The Tetris Company has announced via a press release that they’re busy working on a brand new Tetris title for the Nintendo 3DS. The game will be playable at next weeks E3 conference and will be available to purchase in October. Apparently Tetris has shifted over 132 million paid mobile downloads, which is an extremely impressive figure. Anyone looking forward to getting their hands on a new 3D Tetris game?

  1. Well, let’s hope it’s not a gimmicky version. Really, I don’t want ‘Tetris with a 3D effect’, or ‘Tetris in 3D’, I want a Tetris game which is just good old standard Tetris.

  2. Tetris is awesome! Played the snot out of it on the DS version! Don’t care about how it did on a failed system!!

  3. I am the man who arranges the blocks that descend upon me from up above
They fall down and I spin them around ’til they fit in the ground like hand in glove

  4. A good puzzle game would be awesome on 3DS! It should have a few playing modes imo though, a 3D mode and a classic mode (also in 3D ofc) would be great

  5. I will only get it if it on the e-shop. Personally, I’m not paying 30 to 40 bucks for the same (Even though great) game. But I’ll still be getting Ocarina and MGS though!
