Nintendo Wii U: Pikmin Is Officially Heading To Wii U

Shigeru Miyamoto has confirmed that the next long awaited game in the Pikmin franchise is currently being developed for the Wii U.

Miyamoto said that the game was originally meant for the Nintendo Wii but he felt it would work better on the Wii U. Miyamoto added that the Wii U’s high definition visuals are the perfect fit for the Pikmin franchise. Miyamoto refused to comment on when it will be released, but he did say it will come out shortly after the Wii U is released.

  1. I’m surprised no visuals were released. It’s been in development for how long? At least 3 years, which is enough for full games to be developed.

  2. I saw it coming! I Remember an interview where someone asked him about Pikmin and he said “lets not talk about it!”

  3. i dont care 4 what console but i just want 2 play pikmin it was my first game 4 gamecube good times ^-^
