Nintendo 3DS: Japan’s Most Wanted Games For The Holiday Season Are On The Nintendo 3DS

Japanese gaming publication Famitsu quizzed its readers and asked what hardware and software they plan on buying this holiday season. Readers were allowed to select three pieces of hardware and three pieces of software.

For hardware the PlayStation Vita came out on top with 374 votes, beating the 3DS and its 297 votes. PlayStation 3 came in at third with 72 votes. In the software vote, 3DS came out on top, with Monster Hunter 3G grabbing 236 votes and Mario Kart 7 162 votes.

  1. 3/5 3DS then none after that. Wii only has one non shared title and one shared title.
    A lot more games are to be released on other platforms, its not surprising.
    Interesting chart. Some of those games have been out long enough however to drop their hype and want (CoD for example).
