Get White Yoshi For Mario Tennis Open

Following the launch of Mario Tennis Open last Friday, Nintendo has today announced a brand new Yoshi Hunt taking place exclusively in Tesco stores this week. The hunt, entitled The Yoshi Chase, will involve tracking down the second in a series of different-coloured Yoshis, playable in Mario Tennis Open, through corresponding QR codes.

The White Yoshi will be distributed exclusively through 30 Tesco stores this Friday 1st June and Saturday 2nd June between the hours of 9.30am and 5.30pm. Black Yoshi was released last week to coincide with the launch of the game with Blue Yoshi and Red Yoshi set to follow at a later date. These characters can only be activated with the QR code held by in-store sampling teams, so be sure to come down with your Nintendo 3DS so you don’t miss out.

White Yoshi will be available at the following Tesco stores: Solihull Extra, Redditch Extra, Bristol Homeplus, Cardiff Extra, Broughton Chester Extra, Bidston Moss Extra, Coventry Arena Extra, Long Eaton Extra, Hull St Stephens Extra, New Oscott Extra, Silverburn Extra, Fort Kinnaird Homeplus, Prescot Extra, Leeds Seacroft Extra, Stockport Extra, Irlam Extra, Lakeside Extra, Milton Keynes Kingston Extra, Newcastle Upon Tyne Extra, Bulwell Extra, Portsmouth Extra, Gallions Reach Extra, Chesterfield Extra, Swindon Extra, Southampton Homeplus, Southend Extra, Sandhurst Extra, Borehamwood Extra, Warrington Extra, Leicester Hamilton Extra

  1. A New Zealand store has had white yoshi signs up for the past week. I’ll link a photo tomorrow.

  2. I’m sure that there’ll be pictures of it posted online. Just be patient. I’m thinking of getting that game. I’ve never played Mario Tennis, but I got Sega Superstars Tennis for XBOX and really enjoyed that, so this is probably even better.
