Gaijin Games has announced that BIT.TRIP Presents… Runner2: Future Legend of Rhythm Alien will soon receive its first set of downloadable content. Today, the studio revealed the “Good Friends Characters Pack,” which will introduce seven new characters to the world of Runner2. The pack hits Steam on Thursday, July 11th, and arrives on Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and Wii U at a later date.

i dont think co-op would work in runner 2. all i want, besides new characters, would be new levels.
CO OP wouldn’t work because it is a game based on musical beats. Having two players “Running” at the same time would screw up the rhythem. Unless you did split screen, but it all sounds like it would just be a mess. 💋

This was a fantastic game. One of my favorite WiiU games to date, actually.
How sad that the author failed to mention the most important thing about this, being that the two characters featured so far are both guest characters (Raz from Psychonauts and Quote from Cave Story).
