Ubisoft executive Alain Corre was asked whether or not the critically acclaimed Rayman Legends would come to the Nintendo 3DS as it has been released on a multitude of platforms. Corre said that a Nintendo 3DS version of Rayman Legends shouldn’t be ruled out, but he did say that it would take time to downsize the game on the portable.
“When you look at Rayman Legends you see it’s a very big game with a lot of levels. The graphics in 2D are also second-to-none. So, it takes time to squeeze everything and downsize it onto other formats But we’re not ruling anything out for that format [the 3DS]. We can’t say anything more for the moment, but we can’t rule the format out. The 3DS is a big success, it’s selling a lot of machines in a lot of countries and if we consider a franchise, game or gameplay style that can be developed for it, we’ll consider it.”
Thanks, Karl
Murphy would work great
Another reason for many to pick the 3DS version instead since many more owns a 3DS…
Well, Origins didn’t do well on the 3DS, so hopefully if they do decide to put Legends on the 3DS, it will be much better quality-wise and with respects to sales.
That would be pretty awesome if it was to come out on the 3DS :D
Origins was terrible on 3DS, so I hope they learn from their mistakes if they decide to port it over.
Do it.
As long as it’s not like that half-assed orgins port.
Wasn’t this game delayed be cause it was suppose to launch on all platforms at once?
This is a no brainer.
That would be like so totally awsome, dude!
YEEEEAAAH BOY! DAT SHITZ OFF DA CHAIN!
