WayForward and Two Tribes are both continuing their ardent support of Nintendo consoles by bringing a couple of tried and true games from their catalogs to the Wii U this month. WayForward’s Mighty Switch Force 2, released on Nintendo 3DS in June, will be ported over to the Wii U on October 17th in North America and October 25th in all other regions. The title will sell for only $5.99. The original Mighty Switch Force was given new stages and visuals when it was brought to Wii U from 3DS, so here’s hoping WayForward will continue this trend.
Additionally, Two Tribes have announced on their Twitter page that the first Toki Tori will be rushed out onto the Wii U eShop before month’s end. The title had been previously confirmed along with two other puzzle classics from the Two Tribes vault, and now the company has revealed that it will be arriving even sooner than expected. Even though the Wii U picked up some momentum from the release of The Wind Waker HD in North America, the ailing console can certainly use the help of these stellar games coming to its eShop this month.
