Legendary video game designer Shigeru Miyamoto has announced that Nintendo will be the special sponsor of the Nico Nico Chokaigi gaming convention in Japan. The event will be held and broadcasted live on April 27th and April 28th. Nico Nico Chokaigi has been called the Japan’s version of PAX, so hopefully we will get some exciting announcements from Nintendo. What would you like to see revealed by Nintendo this year?

A Fire Emblem Wii U announcement !
I would cry
It would be better for them to release a sequel to FE Awakening on the 3DS as that where I feel it belongs.
Hopefully either Pokemon:
1) ruby / sapphire remake
2) yellow remake // or sequel to red / blue / yellow / green (green for Japan)
3) or if the rumors for code names for “plus/minus” versions confirmed (I hate when rumors are rumors and if there is something gamefreak isn’t telling anyone, when something is up)
1.Pokemon Gold/Silver are sequels to Red/Blue and Green.
2. Yellow Version isn’t even canon, so they can’t make a sequel to a non existent storyline.
3. Pokemon Yellow REALLY does not need a remake. Neither does Ruby/Sapphire at this point
I think at this point, it would be better for a 3DS eShop re release after the hype of X/Y has died down a little.
I think it would be more beneficial to re-release the remakes on the e-shop (fire red/leaf green first)
Given how early they made region # 3 : hoenn, the graphics are kinda lame just exclusive to gba….
For fire red/leaf green, I would be more than happy to play it again for the gba version on my 3ds :)

But why not ruby/sapphire remakes?
Because Ruby/Sapphire are still somewhat relevant.
That may be so, but do you know how many people want an updated graphics style for ruby/sapphire?
And I know how gamefreak loves making lots of money for little work…
Ruby/Saphire were the first games where Tajiri was no longer executive director of Pokemon, thus he had less impact in the making of the game… that’s why the artstyle and everything changed so much from his original viewing, it became… a gay game.
From recycled content, to dark gritty boring tilesets, to a gay hat replacing the cool baseball hat, everything went down…
I always get my nerves on each time someone mentions ruby/saphire… those games are so awful… poor tajiri got his original concept of pokemon butchered because fucking stupid ass Masuda.
Masuda can stick in making pokemon music, because each game is becoming more and more gay, X/Y had so many flowers and gay stuff UGHHHHHHHHHHHHH…

The battle frontier is awesome for most people! And I’d love to see it digitally/graphically remastered
Yellow is arguably canon since Red uses the team you’re given throughout Yellow in Gold/Silver/Crystal and Black2/White2.
And seeing how Gamefreak is finally acknowledging Pikachu’s popularity, I wouldn’t be surprised if they did remake it someday.

Well do not fret, for I believe that once we get a new trailer EVERYONE will be holding hands singing lovely tunes out of excitement for the game. I know I will. X looks like the kind of game I’ve been waiting for on the Wii U. Something like Skyrim, but maybe without all those bugs and glitches he-he.
