Nintendo 3DS software in the United Kingdom sold over 50,000 units in January 2014, which is an increase of 47 percent from January 2013. Wii U has also faired well with software sales growing 91 percent, to 65,000 units. Unsurprisingly it’s the Xbox One and the PlayStation 4 shifting the most amount of software sales out of the four platforms mentioned, adding nearly half a million software units to the market. Software sales for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 have declined along with the Wii and the Nintendo DS.

Indeed. PC gamers already have the power, so they can understand that gameplay, fun, and other Nintendo’s goals are essential to games, and therefore support Nintendo (most PC players I know actually at least like Nintendo).
The reason of why non-Nintendo console players hate Nintendo is because they are dazzled by the power of PCs to which they aspire, and thus cannot think rationnally.

The only downside to upgrading to 3DS XL is the speaker’s sound. The regular 3DS is sadly louder. But I don’t regret my choice. The 3D is more tolerable on a bigger screen, after all. Besides, I can always hook up some speakers to the 3DS XL.

OUYA has no point, it’s like a tablet, it loses the functionalities of all the things it is based off of, yet it costs more.
Wit the tablet you have to carry around something the size of a laptop without the processing power of a laptop, with the functionalities you get on a phone minus the phone itself and its portability.
OUYA runs Android, which most other devices can, so you’re buying a dedicated product that only runs Android games and has no other application like phones, tablets or PCs do, and you get a “console” that can’t run any good games.

Lego games are generally not very good.
I mean, they’re functional, but they’re short and uninspired.
The only truly awesome games from the series are the Lego City ones.
They had a huge chance to bring many of the elements of those games to Lego Movie Videogame, but it turned out as just another shallow 5-7 hour Lego game in the vein of Harry Potter, Marvel or LotR.
What I don’t get is why they didn’t bring back the sandbox style, Lego just screams sandbox.
