Never played a Persona game. Though this looks a bit different from the normal Persona I usually see, I might get into this eventually. I’ve also heard Persona 4 is pretty good.

Lol, the Persona series debuted on Sony platforms and the main series, aka Persona 1-5, have always been Sony exclusives, but ok.
Sorry, but the universe that Persona takes place in debuted with Shin Megami Tensei If… for the Super Nintendo. So while the name Persona has, characters and the universe have not.

Atlus is no one’s “territory”, they have developed for both Nintendo and Sony, from the very beginning, which you seem to know.

Totally agreed. That’s why I won’t buy it, if it ever makes its way to Europe. I wish it was an RPG type like the main Persona series. Really looking forward to Persona 5, though.

It’s different from the main series because it’s a spin-off.
It’s actually rather nice of Atlus to give their fanbase spin-offs to keep them waiting until Persona 5 hits the stores.

although I don’t know about this franchise, I like the art style and the characters, very interesting designs, I love the game interface, it’s very cool.
Persona is a normally Playstation exclusive RPG series that has garnered tons of critical acclaim. There’s a pretty big fanbase for it. This is a spin-off with a different art style than the main games in the series.
I never played any of the Persona games. Do I have to play the other ones to understand the story?
Every persona game have differen’t characters, good games thoughpersona 1 and 2 are dungeoncrawlers. persona 3 and 4 are more rpg based with some dating sim elements. p4 is brigter and the humor is better imo
