Japanese magazine Famitsu is reporting that development for the forthcoming Nintendo 3DS JRPG Legend of Legacy began two years ago. The game is in development by a number of key figures who used to work at Square Enix and will feature seven different characters and a non-linear story. Legend of Legacy director Masataka Matsuura told the Japanese publication that if was going to set about creating a proper RPG then he would only do so if he had experienced staff members. The game has been in development for two years and is due for release on 22nd January 2015.
“If I’m going to make a proper RPG, then wouldn’t it be best to make it with those who have already done so?”
I love the way the scenery pops up.
i dont
Who cares, Kurisu?
Kinda reminds me of a mix of bravely default and dragon quest 9… Im in :)
It would have been done in one year if they used propane, I’ll tell you h’what.
So far im liking what I see. The pop up environments kinda throw’s me off, but I could get used to it.
Good to know? I never even heard of this game.
Until just a few days ago, I don’t think anyone heard of this game.
Is that a Chrono Cross reference in the beggining? The book and the enviroment?
