Game Boy Tribute Tasukete Tako-San Coming To Wii U eShop

To celebrate the iconic Game Boy’s 25th birthday French indie game developer Christophe Galati decided to make a tribute. The result is Tasukete Tako-San: Save me Mr Tako and it’s coming to Mac, PC and Linux. It’s also being developed for the Wii U. You can take a glimpse of the action platformer in the video embedded above.

    1. Given I once had a gameboy and loved it I would totally love to play this, that aside ive downloaded and played Bayonetta 2 and MY GOD is it GOOD! I love the first game and this brought back that joy when I first played it years ago, however I did encounter some slowdowns when too much is happening on screen but only for a second..

  1. I’d like to know when on earth NES Remix 1 & 2 was going to be released? I read a long time ago that Nintendo was going to release a physical, retail copy on Wii U with both games included. But I haven’t heard anything since.

    1. This game was never on the original gameboy, an indie company made in the gameboy format. This has nothing to do with nintendo

  2. Nintendo Second-Lieutenant

Does anyone remember the name of that RPG game that was supposed to come out on Wii U where the style starts out very 8-bit, then as you progress through the story it turns into a GB style game, and then into a 16-bit game, until near the end of the game it becomes a 64 bit 3D game? I was really looking forward to that.
