Nintendo Edging Toward $250 Million In Annual Revenue From Digital Sales

Nintendo really has been pushing digital sales this generation and it shows as the company is apparently edging towards $250 million in annual revenue from digital sales alone. If charts and statistics are your kinda thing then be sure to check out the sales data charts over at Gamasutra. It’s only recently that Nintendo has been pushing digital sales hard and it really seems to have paid off.

  1. Despite the Wii U not selling the way Nintendo had hoped, it’s nice to see that Nintendo is still making a lot of money in other parts of their business. Great job Ninty

  2. I thought digital games would turn me off. I like digital games. But I wonder why are there very little discounts on digital copies.

    Where is the clown Analyst was spewing drivel against Nintendo yesterday. God’s blessings for myself, my family and Nintendo. Also Nintendo Video game players.

    F=ma.

  4. And the anal-lysts still predict Nintendoom even if the Wii U makes profit per unit, the 3DS ruling the portable and now profiting from digital sales.

    If the Digital version of Physically released games were cheaper, I’d go digital a lot.

  5. i propose a solution to all these analysts!!! if they get 3 wrong… then they’re OUT….of a job! that will show them. if they get 1 right out of 3 then they’re safe untill the next time! atleast then they will think twice before posting nonsence!

    *makes this post for the sheer purpose of getting notifications later of people hating on Nintendo* lol
