Here’s A Look At The High Resolution Splatoon US Box-Art

splatoon_us_box_art

We recently featured a small low resolution version for the US box-art for Nintendo upcoming colourful shooter, Splatoon. Thankfully, Amazon has provided us with a much bigger version of the very same box-art featuring the ink squirting protagonists. Splatoon arrives in the United States in May.

Thanks, Jerry B

      1. Ahhh my phone pooped out on me. I meant to say thatthe lack of chat with strangers takes away from online. The single player actually looked cool though.

I look at Splatoons can’t wait to play. Until it’s in my hands I can’t think of much to say.

  2. I can’t wait to play this game! To be honest though from late February to May is a long break between games :( excited for Mario vs DK but I don’t see how kirby and Mario vs Dk will stretch out 2 months :( love my wii u but man I every month had a game since Nintendo is the only one making games for it

      1. I actually WOULD rather forget that to be honest. I don’t have anyone to play with, so with no on-line multi-player it’s actually pretty pointless for me. I also haven’t been into a Mario Party game in a long time, not my thing. I just wish we were getting a game a month to compensate for 3rd parties not making any games for us Wii U fans. I love my Wii U, just wish I had more excuses to play it. Maybe they’ll spring Yoshi’s Wooly World on us in April, or even in May 2-3 weeks apart from Splatoon.

      1. OK, so maybe that is before May, who knows… might not appeal to everyone but still a game… and how about that 3rd person shooter, whatever it is called, Devil’s Own or Devil’s First Cousin or whatever it is… that is a buy for me

    1. Sometimes it feels as if I’m the leader of the forces against the Anti-Abusive forces while you are the Leader of the forces that still wants to give those imbeciles a chance or demanding things from the empire my team do not care about that much…

Similar to Magneto and Professor X…

      *wink*

      1. Indeed. Good comparison. In the end though, and apart from our disagreements on various topics, we are both on the side of Mutantendo species. ;D
(I sold back my XBox by the way, I am overlogged with 3DS games and my WiiU gets action with AC4. I love capturing naval ships.)

        1. Nintendo Elite Commander Quadraxis

Lord Iwata, our comrade is finally fully purified from corruption!

But indeed, the empire shall prosper no matter what our small but important differences are…

If you know how to play chess we can do that too…

          *wink*

  3. Another drought,3 years in a row,Nintendo announcing a new successor to Wii U called “New Wii U”

At e3 in June, and will lie, trying to damage control saying they still commited to giving Wii U full support

3gigs of Ram,New gamepad with a capacitive touchscreen which will be 720p display
And can handle 2 gamepads this time, slightly upgraded processor, but will still be weak compared to Xbox1

Although Wii U seems to have a drought, GTA 5 selling for 5 months don’t make it no doubt. Every week for months and months no new games on top 5 but 3Ds which sucks. At the end of the day no all new games, until Wii U release more new software fame. Although Halo came out a while ago, I see that didn’t help the system though. What helped Xbox sell so well wasn’t tittles and such but getting rid of that god damn DRM.

  4. Why does this game look so dang fun?!?!? Why can’t I wait for this to launch?!?!? Why am I asking so many questions?!?!?
