We’ve been waiting quite a while over here in Europe for Azure Striker Gunvolt, but we are going to get some concrete information regarding a release sometime next week. Inti Creates tweeted that they have some news about the fast and frantic 2D shooter which has been well received by both gamers and the press. Let’s just hope we get a release date.

Why does every male anime character wear belly shirts. seriously?
If that’s a problem (?) to you, the Western versions have his belly covered. As for anime, I don’t know, maybe they think it looks nice, since most girls also show a lot?

It’s pretty horrible character design in my opinion. I understand anime has feminine looking guys, but a blonde ponytail and a belly shirt?
