Those of you with a copy of Mario Kart 8 and the Bowser amiibo could be in luck as the official Twitter account for Nintendo Australia and New Zealand has tweeted an image which states that the Bowser amiibo is compatible with the game. It could simply be an error on their part, but it would be great if Bowser unlocks something special in the game, even if it is just a costume. Maybe something will be announced during the Nintendo Direct which takes place later today.

fake. they would have added Bowser from Smash collection as he works the same way as the Mario Party collection.

The second DLC is due next month, maybe they’ll add new costumes in tandem with that?

Everyone mentioning Bowser from the Smash series – yes it could be an error but keep in mind, maybe Nintendo hasn’t been totally honest with the consumers. Maybe they want you to buy this figure because only this Bowser figure can be used and not the other one but who knows? This ain’t a hit on Nintendo but I wouldn’t put it pass them to be honest lol
