It turns out the recent Xenoblade Chronicles X live streams that have been happening for Japanese consumers have been a massive success. NicoNico has an approval rating for the latest broadcast and it would appear that 95% of those who watched the streams really enjoyed them and also found them useful. Xenoblade Chronicles X comes out on April 29th in Japan, but we will no doubt have to wait some time for the game to arrive here in the west.

- It was pretty good: 2.3%
- It was average: 0.9%
- It wasn’t very good: 0.2%
- It was bad: 1.1%

It’s happening. Xenoblade Chronicles X looks really good. Considering the original was good and this is making improvements I’m going to guess it will be better then the original.

Hopefully that translates to sales. Those Japanese have been rather picky of late when it comes to console gaming.

5. People are expecting good things from one of the few big rpg titles that will be on the wii u since a lot of people like xenoblade chronicles
6. The game has looked better previously each time it was shown up until the last direct and this one which are most likely the final builds of the game since it is coming out soon in Japan
7. Maybe there will be more graphical improvements and bug fixes by the time everyone else gets the game
8. So its obviously like the Japanese are the beta testers which happens a lot for certain genres of games

The game will be great. Easily my favorite game of the year. But they need to look to their fellow developers on how to properly market and release a game. You cannot section off the marketplace like they are trying to do. Their are no borders on the internet.
