Dummy Wii U and Nintendo 3DS E3 SKU’s Pop Up On Best Buy Systems

e3_dummy_skus

E3 2015 is fast approaching and it looks as though Best Buy might be privy to information regarding both the Nintendo 3DS and Wii U. The retailer has begun listing E3 dummy SKU’s ahead of the event which are likely to be new bundles which will be announced during the Nintendo E3 Digital Event. Whether these will be bundles with unannounced games or alternatively ones with current games remains to be seen.

  1. I love Best Buy, they’re the best when it comes to electronics. I hate companies like Gamestop and Walmart because they are greedy, rip people off, and treat their employees like they’re disposable.

    1. I got all you listed from best buy and the other two stores! Target is an all around winner for me :)

Best Buy is a rip off to me. Plus, they never have anything I want (or need) in stock! They are ALWAYS sold out.

    1. Stock Keeping Unit.

It could range from a Wii U without the Gamepad, a remodeled version (maybe even smaller) or just a new bundle. It seems that itll most likely be a new bundle which is still pretty exciting for those waiting on a new Wii U bundle.

      1. Denied. How the fuck you think there’s gonna be a Wii U without the gamepad? It makes absolutely no sense. The GamePad is the essential core of the system to access not just games, but surfing the web, Miiverse, and viewing data on movies and TV shows on Netflix, Hulu Plus and Amazon Video.

        1. Its called a different SKU you dipshit not a replacement. Just like how the Wii Mini was a stripped down version of the Wii or the 2DS was a 3D-less version of the Fucking 3DS.

You know the 3DS that was marketed for its 3D, it got a 3D-less iteration for cheaper. You know that one you fucking reject.

  2. That might show how little I know , but I need to ask anyway . Is the 2018 a date or a lot number ?? Because it is not only describing the Wii U , but also every console in the market …

    1. It’s a release date, but obviously not the correct one. After E3 announcements Best Buy will update all of them.

  3. Great news, folks! “Wii U-E3 Dummy SKU” coming on 2018-12-31!!
Seriously, why is this shit in ANY WAY newsworthy? Maybe someone could be so kind and explain it to me!

    1. I know a few guys that are in the process of getting a Wii U. This news just saved them because the new sku could mean a cheaper Wii U.

        1. You buy Nintendo platforms for Nintendo software -_- how the hell am I going to play Zelda U on a PC when the emulation isn’t good enough

  4. Xenoblade X Wii U Bundle Here We Come! Called it first. Not sure about the 3DS bundle though, but glad they finally made more bundles. It will sell more systems than the ugly ass regular colors. NewRed and NewBlack suckthephuck.

  5. Only one? Could the Splatoon bundle count as that or is this supposed to be a different box set? Hell what other game could they even add to make a bundle.

    1. Come on buddy, like a place holder or designated spot where something will belong in the future. : )

  6. Jon Johnson McJansen Jeensen

Is this game for dummies? I guess that’s why it says dummies — for the fuckin MORONS that buy this shit.
