  1. If Edge gave Fatal Frame: Maiden Of Black Water a 8 then you know it must be good. I can’t wait to 12 midnight. I’ve been waiting for this game

    1. Nothing compares to how Skate feels control wise in my opinion. I’m not sure they could replicate that feeling. Once I played Skate, then went back to Tony hawk games, I just felt like I was doing unbelievably impossible lines ramping over helicopters and I couldn’t enjoy it.

            1. I do. Mass Effect 3 for the WiiU. It’s the definitive version and kicks all kinds of ass. I boot my wiiU once a week to go online and play that game. Some reslly cool people online playing me3. :)

              1. I’ve never been interested in ME, actually. Not even when it was Xbox exclusive, so I wouldn’t know.

I remember the outrage when they decided to sell the ending to 3 as DLC or something to that effect.

  2. These numbers fit my preconceived ideas about the games (going by footage shown) more than any other scores I’ve seen flying around. Something has to go very wrong (or right, in the case of Triforce Heroes) for me to change those scores.

    “Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 5 – 2”
    Lol

hey guy, not everybody using this site is a nintendo fanboy. also a 6 is an appropriate score for triforce heroes.

    1. Hey guy, you’re on the wrong site then given the URL.

Sickr is actually the furthest from showing bias as he was constantly posting third party release announcements with only a sliver of hope that they’d come to Nintendo hardware.

    1. Honestly, I believe a lot of people hated on the game just because it was the “cool” thing to do. I’d even say many of those who posted hate comments on Destiny articles all over the internet hadn’t even played the game.
Now don’t get me wrong, the game was not (and still isn’t) perfect by any means, but it can still be fun – there must be a reason why the most recent expansion is doing well and why so many people still play it daily after all this time. I personally put 300+ hours into it, stopped playing after the 1st expansion, but I’m actually considering getting back into it.
Of course not everyone’s gonna enjoy it, and that’s absolutely fine, but personally, I don’t think the huge amount of hate it got was completely justified.

        1. I’m guessing they rated the expansion only, not the whole game, so the score is most likely for how good of a job it’s doing enhancing and expanding the gameplay experience of the actual game.
But yea, I haven’t played it yet, so I can’t say how much it does for the game, or how good/bad it is. But to me, as someone who did enjoy Destiny, it actually does look pretty neat. Of course I can see why it wouldn’t be too interesting for someone who doesn’t find the game very appealing though.

  4. Um, the review gave it 3 1/2 stars out of 5… not sure what your primary school education was like, but I’d assume that even Yanks of average intelligence would be able to multiply 3 1/2 by 2 correctly…

  5. Nintendo Magistrate: Lance Bulmer

trifoce heroes should get a 4 fatal frame at least a 9 that game is amazing triforce heroes is a disgrace to Zelda games

    1. It actually looks like a lot of fun, if you have actual friends you can talk to. No voice chat wouldn’t help because it’s not like you wanna yell at 10 year olds anyway. I mean really. It’s a game that’s played best in the same room with people you know.

      1. Nintendo Magistrate: Lance Bulmer

true but Zelda is a one player game with the exception of 3 swords which was actually cool but this lokks Meh to me

i actually agree with you there what they did was a bit of a middle finger to metroid fans

        1. Oh, it’s more than that. With FF and how they are refusing to admit what they’re doing with it is despicable, as well as insisting that they didn’t screw up Other M, they’re pissing on the fanbase and calling it rain.

      2. Federation Farce is on a COMPLETELY different level though. At least TFH has the decency to look like a Zelda game with a playstyle not dissimilar to Four Swords.

Though its story is atrocious- a 10-year-old could have conceived something better.

    1. I’ll probably always come to this site for the reviews. They are legit and have serious thought behind them. Glad others notice.

  6. Rogue Master XenoRidley X3

Those scores are about right in my opinion. Just off by two/one point: Trifarce is 2 points too high while Fatal Frame is 1 point too low.

          1. Yep. It’s good SEO. Many people searching for Fatal Frame on the internet will search “Fatal Frame,” or “fatal frame wiiu” – not enough people know it’s called project zero. – the article will rank better in google and draw more legit hits to the site using the title he used.

It’s kinda one of my job responsibilities where I work, so I should know. ;D
