My Hero Academia Announced For Nintendo 3DS

Another manga-turned-video game has been announced in this week’s issue of Jump in Japan. The manga (which also is getting a forthcoming anime) focuses on a boy born without superpowers when superpowers are the norm. Despite being born powerless, he hopes to be a superhero one day. The game is to be published by Bandai Namco and is in development for Nintendo 3DS. There is no word whether the game will be heading to Western shores. Have you read the manga? Are you hoping the game comes out West?

  1. I was reading the first chapter some days ago. While I should get back reading it, I like what I’ve read so far. Highly doubt this would come to the west (since I don’t see much popularity here yet), but I’ve been wrong before.

  2. Rogue Master XenoRidley X3 ~*Proud Owner of a great PS4 & a great 3DS! Oh & I guess the Wii U is good, too!*~

Is this superpowerless kid rich like Bruce Wayne or Tony Stark? Then no. He will never become a superhero in a world where everyone has super powers but him. Oh who am I kidding! This is a fucking anime! He’ll become a superhero even if he was the most poor person in the world! xD The underdog almost always comes out on top in anime.

    1. Its actually a manga for now and also no hes not a rich kid. He meets the #1 Hero one today and that changes his life and finally gets powers. Hes been dreaming to be a hero all his life and hes really smart.
