Square Enix’s ‘Just Cause 3’ (-66%) is another non move at No8 but ‘Assassin’s Creed: Syndicate’ (-68%) is down to No9. A resurgent ‘Battlefield 4’ (-27%) re-enters the Top 10 continuing it’s week on week climb from the end of last year. It’s propulsion up the chart is fuelled by the ‘Gen 7’ formats with price promoted versions of both Xbox 360 & PS3 accounting for 97% of sales this week.

      1. Nintendo Tetrarch Quadramus-NX

        >>>If the mainstream media can then why can’t he do the same? Atleast he isn’t some mindless slave like they are>>>

      2. I’m telling people that enough is enough. Besides, your ‘Idiot’ remark, did absolutely nothing for your comment in the first place. You don’t know me personally, so you have no right to question my intelligence. Good day to you sir and or madam.

            1. Jaded Ridley X3 {I'm not whining, you suckers... *cough* ..poor souls! I've just been driven insane by Nintendo failing me one too many times this gen!}

              Don’t worry. I’m sure Quadraxis will gladly pick up the slack of the argument if you don’t want to carry on with it. lol After all, he likes fighting with people. I do, too, sometimes, but it does get tiring for me after awhile. But not Quadraxis. He’s like the Energizer Bunny. He keeps going & going & going… and going and going………..

        1. What do you mean enough is enough? Who says we have to play by your rules, or like what you like. I called you an ”idiot”, because what you said, is well, idiotic…

          1. By enough is enough, I mean this. How many straight years, are these people going to buy the same game, with minimal changes? Every 2+ years, then fine, but every year? Just shows how much of a sheep these people really are. But hey, it’s their own money that they are wasting.

            1. So much for ending the argument. I saw your indirect aggressive comment down below too. Lol.

              Anyways you could argue that Smash, Mario Kart, and Super Mario Bros are pretty much the same. Before someone chimes in “different courses and characters!,” that is roughly equivalent to different maps, weapon choices, skins, single player missions, character updates, etc. I still buy Nintendo games though because it is new enough, which is the same reason they buy CoD or FIFA for example. And we all enjoy it so I wouldn’t say it is a waste, let us buy dem games!

              1. Most Nintendo games come out once per console. Plus, Mario Kart has made large changes in past entries. The mainline Mario titles are always VERY different from each other ( excluding Galaxy 2). And you can’t possibly tell me Smash Bros 4 plays the same as the horrible SSB Brawl, or Melee plays the same as 64.

                Call of Duty poops out the same, 98% unaltered gameplay every year. Using the same engine for years before upgrading. Remember ghosts? Lol

                Your comparison is hilariously bad. I used to play COD, from WaW til Black Ops. Then I realized I’m paying $60 a year for new maps. COD is a cash grab. If they ever do another WWII game I might consider buying (WaW was my favorite for multiplayer), but at this point they all blend together to me.

    Star Wars Battlefront should have been better. I guess the game is selling solely out of hype & nostalgia at this point.

    1. Definately. It was a huge letdown imo. The series deserves much more respect and dedication than EA gave it. They only released it when they did to play off the hype of the movie. It’s a cash grab for them, nothing more.

    2. I’m having a lot of fun playing battlefront on PS4 right now. I like it a lot, but it’s also the first time I’ve ever played a battlefront game so maybe that has something to do with it.

      1. Battlefront 2 had at least twice the amount of content as this new game and had a pretty gripping campaign. I’d suggest trying it sometime. You can get it for $10 on steam.

        However, it came out in 2005 and for someone who only just got into the series, I’m not sure how well it’ll hold up. It certainly isn’t nearly as good looking as the new game and it probably won’t play quite as smoothly.

      2. Can you fly ships? i’d be interested if I can spend most of my time in the air… Kinda like the trailer showed… :/ I’m a huge starwars fan, but I’m worried to spend the money…

        1. You can fly ships, but it’s not like the other games where the ships exist on the map somewhere and you can hop in any one you come across. Instead you get access to a ship through certain pickup bonuses found on the map. And there are no space battles like in Battlefront 2.

        2. The main focus of the game are the online modes, much like splatoon. Thankfully, there’s a lot more mode options than splatoon offers. There is a mode that is strictly just dogfights in the air with x-wings, etc. There are also modes where you can pick up power ups during a battle to get to be different heroes like Vader, Luke, Boba Fett, etc. Also different vehicles, like ships or AT-ST. I like getting into ships and suicide bombing lol. My favorite mode is Hero Hunt where you have 7 troopers vs 1 hero, whoever kills the hero gets to be the hero next.

      3. Jaded Ridley X3 {I'm not whining, you suckers... *cough* ..poor souls! I've just been driven insane by Nintendo failing me one too many times this gen!}

        I’m glad people are enjoying it, I really am, but that’s them, not me. I need more than nostalgia. I need some kind of overarching story or else I just can’t get into a game, no matter how fun the gameplay is. I guess I was expecting too much of Rogue Squadron for Battlefront. Or maybe Star Wars Battlefront WAS exactly like Rogue Squadron & this was just the wrong game in the franchise to play since EA got their greedy, money grubbing hands on the franchise & turned it into a big fat cash grab.

            Unless PlayStation Now has it available on their service, I sadly won’t be playing it. The lack of virtual console of Star Wars games is really fucking atrocious.
