The Pokemon Company and Nintendo will be opening a brand new Pokemon Centre in Kyoto, Japan. The store is due to open fairly soon on March 16th and is located on the fifth floor of the Takashimaya department store. There will be a mammoth amount of goods available with reports suggesting that there will be over 2,500 different kinds of Pokemon goodies. The mascot for the new Kyoto store is “Maiko Pikachu.” You can check out mock-ups of the store, right here.
