  1. Not surprised, Atlus rarely disappoints and I enjoyed SMT IV despite its creepiness. Looking forward to when this one hits the states.

  2. It’s weird seeing two PlayStation Vita games on a single list lol.

I sold that handheld years ago, and often forget I ever owned one!

Anyway, I’ve never played a SMT game. But I’d like to try it someday. I always hear good things about the series.

  3. I wonder how it is compared to the first SMTIV.

I’ve been playing through that game recently and, while I like the story, characters, and battle system, the Demon Negotiation and World Map are infuriating enough to make me consider dropping the game entirely.

However, I’ve heard Atlus made many improvements for SMTIV Final so I’m hoping for a better experience.

    1. I’m still not sure if I liked the game. It was my first Altus game. I found the game quite difficult, but pushed myself to complete it fully. I did get lost quite a lot in the beginning, but over time it was easy enough to figure out. I thought the characters (the demons were cool) and storyline was very shallow, none of it really left an impact on me. I recently got persona 3 and happen to like that a whole lot better. If the final cut didn’t add very much, would probably recommend trying the original game SMTIV if curious. It is getting really cheap right now on the eshop…

      1. It’s actually a new game so their both different. It’s not a enhanced edition of the original or anything like that. But yes people still should play the fourth one lol
