Nintendo has revealed a brand new software update for Splatoon for March 8. This new update will balance out some gear abilities in order to make them more appealing to players, while tweaks to matchmaking, ranked battles and splatfests are coming as well.
There is also a separate update which will arrive in two “waves”. The first wave will come some time in April, adjusting weapons and adding new recommendations. With the amount of content Nintendo has added to Splatoon, players will be more than happy to continue shooting their way to the top of the leaderboard.
