Nice to see Konami Krazy Racers getting some love. One of my favorite GBA gems. Same for F-Zero GP Legend, even if I consider Climax superior in every way.
However, do the rarer games ever go on sale? I’ve been hoping for a price drop on Project Zero 5 for a while now.
Those will be two of my purchases this week. I may also finally get “Duck Hunt” for VC.
Duck Hunt is alright too. Those zapper games are pretty cool in general.
konami krazy racers looked neat, but I’m not really a big fan of the original snes mario kart, is it different enough or should I not bother?
It’s different enough. Plays better than Super Circuit, in my opinion. The items are similar, but different at the same time, the cast is very varied and picturesque (it’s a Wai Wai game, after all), and every mode is good. My favorite thing is having to earn coins during races to “upgrade” your items and things like that. It has a fair number of secrets and unlockables.
If you aren’t that convinced, just download the ROM and give it a spin, you’ll get the picture in no time.
I might just get it because I really dig the art style, I just realized that because it’s just under $5.00 I probably won’t be getting any gold coins -_-
You don’t get coins for things under $5?!
i just got yoshi’s story for $2 (i got a discount for already owning on the Wii menu) and Krazy Kart Racers for $4.89 on the eshop. I now have 20 gold coins, so I guess you still get 10 coins for purchase $9.99 or under, it still says purchasing a game between $5.00 and $ 9.99 is an active mission but hey I still got gold coins, so I’m happy!
Huh, Inazuma Eleven went down that much, eh? That might justify me getting it- I’ve been curious about that game since it came out who-knows-when.
if i ever buy some code cards,i am going to download some more games and maybe some apps.
Time to snag some sub-$5 games for 10 coins. This perk is a great way for Nintendo to drive extra VC purchases (I wasn’t going to spend any money on eShop this week: FAIL).
I think I’m going to buy MK8 and sell my physical copy on eBay or something. I’d prefer to have it on my harddrive anyways, also gold coins wooooooo
I can’t recall if I got Duck Hunt previously. Otherwise, I don’t see anything.
I hope there’s some title that shows up with a bunch of DLC or a worthy digitial title. I have nothing to spend my $70 eShop money on.
Some of these are pretty good, but boy some of these games are so pricey. I find it crazy that 90% of the time you can nab physical copies for almost nothing (even in New condition!), but the price never, ever drops for the digital copy which costs them next to nothing to sell to you.
I’ll never understand digital.
