2016 Pokemon U.S. National Championships July 1-3

Calling all Pokémon Trainers! This weekend from July 1-3, the 2016 Pokémon U.S. National Championships will be held at the Greater Columbus Convention Center in Columbus, Ohio! To follow the action on from home, please visit www.twitch.com/Pokemon.

Featuring the best U.S. trainers across the 50 states, this weekend will be packed with competitive and thrilling Pokémon TCG and video game tournament action.  All players will be competing for great prizes and Championship points, required to earn an invitation to the Pokémon World Championships in San Francisco this August.

Additionally, wanted to share that this year’s Nationals will feature Pokkén Tournament for the first time, comprised of both a Senior and Masters Division. The top two finishers in each division will earn a travel award and invitation to compete in the Pokkén Tournament event at the Pokémon World Championships in San Francisco in August. Please note that these Pokkén Tournament events are separate from the Pokémon Championship Series.

  1. They should have online tournaments, with mediocre-at-best prizes so everyone not lucky enough to live in high population spots to compete against each other….

    Oh well I guess….

Probably would have got my ass kicked anyway…
