amiibo fans will be happy to know that the recently-announced Mario Sports Superstars includes support for the interactive figurines. Specific details regarding in-game functionality have yet to be explained, but Nintendo will reveal them at a later date. Mario Sports Superstars is scheduled to launch in 2017 on Nintendo 3DS. It consists of five sports in total – baseball, tennis, golf, horse racing and soccer.

Die in horse racing? Been there, done that. Now whats really important is can I use thr Olimar smash amiibo in Pikmin 3DS!?
