To thank Hyrule Warriors fans Koei-Tecmo has released a “Thank you for Playing” video to commemorate all of the downloadable content that has been released so far. Hyrule Warriors is certainly not short on fulfilling content and it is nice that Koei-Tecmo has thanked the fans in this way. You can check out the message below.

Thanks to takamaru64 for the tip!

  1. No… thank YOU, Koei Tecmo for releasing the Nintendo licensed Hyrule Warriors for Wii U and Hyrule Warriors Legends for the 3DS!

    1. I buy the 3DS version in the e-shop just a few days after being relased to get the Hyrule Warrios background and it was worth it completly.

  2. No thank you for giving us wii u content when no one else would. Thank you for giving me 3ds dlc when I damn near busted am artery thinking we aint getting it. Thank you for making one of my few wii u games to hit 200 hours. Thank you for giving me a gem of a title and truly etching the wii u into my favorite console of all time.

    1. Don’t worry because there’s a good posibility that they realase a secuel in the Nintendo Switch.

        1. I agree with Grape on this one Pokemon would be just more pointless pikachu fanservice and we dont need anymore of that yellow bastard plus pokemon is a handheld game not a home console title Pokken doesn’t count

For the record i’m no pokemon nerd

          (i’m retired)

        2. The problem I see with both franchises getting the Warriors treatment is there are WAAAAY too many viable characters in both to narrow it down to a concise roster. Yes, there are the obvious ones (Pikachu, Meowth, Greninja, Charizard, Mewtwo, Lucario, Sceptile, Blaziken for Pokemon; Marth, Chrom, Ike, Leif, Sigurd, Micaiah, Roy, Lucina for FE), but then, who else should make the cut?

I get the feeling in the case of FE, they’ll keep reusing the fan-elected favorites of Awakening (Cordelia, Gaius, Tharja, Severa, Owain, and Inigo) like they brought them back for Fates (which didn’t entirely make sense as it created a plot hole) among other candidates, and then Pokemon could either pick the generic ones or complete wild cards (I’m talking Pinsir, Wartortle, Serperior, Vileplume, Noctowl, Purrugly, Rotom, etc.) The selection process would be so much more complicated than HW since Zelda has Link, Zelda, Ganon, and one or two more viable characters per game, and even then they don’t take from every Zelda (we don’t have any Oracle of Ages/Seasons DLC, do we?).

          1. I’m not sure how many Fire Emblem characters there are, but Dynasty Warriors games have already had 60+ character roster. (DW8 has over 80) Hyrule Warriors has far less characters than the games usually do. I suppose there’s not many Zelda characters to actually use.

            1. Really? I must admit I know little about DW, but a roster of over 60 characters? I wouldn’t think that could be a thing considering how much animating it takes for just one character and the cost of doing so. Although, I guess when they’re all using the same kinds of weapons, animations *can* be reused any number of times.

              1. Dynasty Warriors usually makes a lot of compromises in order to achieve that. Despite having hundreds of enemies, a lot of them look exactly the same and do the same thing. Aside from the occasional special enemy you might see every one in a while. I’m sure there’s more to it than that. But it does make me wonder how that’s even possible. Koei Tecmo is using some kind of black magic.

                1. Maybe they use a special programing that is only know to then? Or perhaps they find a way to save more memory to make all those hordes of enemies?

      1. I don’t think Pokemon would work well. Pokemon Conquest was weird but enjoyable but for me i’d love a fire emblem one that would be amazing

      2. It will certaitly be interesting how they fit Pokemon to a Warriors game. The problem is that Pokemon uses moves instead of weapons. Fire Emblem has more chance to enter this format since they use weapons. Unless they use a element format for Pokemon instead of weapons and that the same element uses diferent powers and moves, then it can be posible a Pokemon Warriors game.
