      1. Sorry, but he’s completely right: it’s disappointing as usual. I don’t even go on the site anymore. It’s a complete disgusting, disaster. What they did to the rewards is just crap.

Nintendo offers discounts to games that are already cheaper on Amazon and other places else. Even with the discount Nintendo gives you, it’s still cheaper elsewhere. That’s just beyond sad.

    1. Ridley 4 Smash Switch X3 (Dragon Ball Super & the Buu Saga of Dragon Ball Z Kai both air 1/7/17 on ! Yay!)

As much as I’d love it if they gave everyone the same rewards regardless of region, I understand why they do it. The reason Europe gets better stuff is because Nintendo doesn’t do as well over there as they do in America.

      1. just one thing in regards with Dragon Ball Kai, Buu Saga is finished age ago. well I am not living in America but we had it way before September (if my memory is correct). You guys in USA just have it in January 2017…. I would have thought that even if they butcher the episode to fit with the rest of the program, you would have it before that.

It was just a thought which is off topic.

        1. Omega King Kalas Ridley X3 (Greatness Awaits at Nintendo Switch & Sony PlayStation 4! Come join us in the Light of Darkness!!)

I might be skipping DBZ Kai’s Buu Saga for awhile since it’s just the stuff from Z copy & pasted and watch it once they start showing the good stuff. I hate how it doesn’t look good compared to the rest of Kai. :/ *shrug* Oh well. No point fretting over it now since it’s not like it can be changed.

  1. I sent a complaint letter about the fact that I spend thousands of dollars and none of these rewards are actual rewards. I think if more people complain they might fix it. They did reply to my email so it’s worth a try.

  2. Thank goodness they gave us more discounts. They never offer enough discounts. Who wants actual games and physical merchandise like Club Nintendo had? We can save a few bucks instead.

  3. Just redeemed 450 of my plat coins for Yoshi Wooly World 15% off, only to learn that, in my birthday month, which it is, I can get it 30% off anyway.

    YOOOOOOLOOOOOOOO

    1. UPDATE: that was a lie, apparently Woolly World is only a birthday sale in Europe, not in North America.

My eternal nemesis, NSMBU w/ Luigi, IS on sale, for 30% off, but that’s still more than I will spend. I drew a line in the sand with that one; $30 or less! Especially since it’s a Selects title in Europe….

  4. We need more MyNintendo exclusive games. Dust off that unreleased GBC Metroid 2, bring back that Tingle / Baloon Fight crossover game or the Tingle adventure game whose name I cannot remember. Or best of all, a port of Mother 3… Like that would ever happen. Even a special MyNintendo version of Super Mario Bros. would be nice.

  5. I pay on the eshop to get gold coins, just to spend them on discounts… My Nintendo’s first few month were the best ones because it offered actual games. It’s been what, 3 months? 4 months since we had free games as rewards?

  6. Ridley 4 Smash Switch X3 (Dragon Ball Super & the Buu Saga of Dragon Ball Z Kai both air 1/7/17 on ! Yay!)

Don’t get the stuff for Wii U if you intend on getting a Switch. If the rumor that they’ll be doing a fucking upgrade system like Wii U by charging a small fee for getting the game on Switch if you already own it on Wii U, it’s a waste since you’ll pay the price of that game on Wii U then pay extra to get it on Switch. if you had the Wii port & got the Wii U port using the upgrade fee, you’ll end up paying an extra 1-3 bucks for a game you already paid 5, 10, or 20 bucks for. Say you bought the Wii version for 10 bucks then 2 bucks for getting it upgraded to Wii U. That’s 12 bucks then you pay another 2 to play it on Switch so that’s 14 bucks. That’s what people defending this fucking upgrade crap don’t realize: the amount you pay stacks up. Say no to bullshit upgrade your games for a small fee bullshit! Nintendo is just leeching more money out of you. *waits for the bullshit defense that the small fee is better than paying another 10 bucks as if that’s supposed to negate the extra 2 bucks* While that may be true, you are still paying more for the same single game whether it’s another 10 bucks or 2 bucks.

Hopefully this entire thing is moot, though, as Nintendo finally grew a fucking brain & will have cross buy where you can get a game you already own on a previous console for free as long as both consoles are linked by way of a universal account system.

The 12th can’t get here soon enough!

Especially when it’s done better on Sony or Microsoft consoles where you don’t have to buy 3-5 different games in one month to get a discount for other games.
