Atlus Says Persona 5 And Yakuza 0 Are Not Planned For Nintendo Switch

If you were hoping to play Persona 5 or Yakuza 0 on the Nintendo Switch then you had better prepare yourself for disappointment. Atlus U.S.A. community manager John Hardin has probably been bombarded with requests for PC and Nintendo Switch versions of the two games and has decided to set the record straight in an extremely clear way.

    1. Look on the bright side, SMT V might happen. The CEO in particular did take note that the 3DS audience would love more mature RPG’s. So that means having another mainline title isn’t out of the realm of possibility.

Despite what rumors say, AVEX is likely working on a new IP. I seriously doubt the would really want to make another TMS game after the first one sold poorly on both sides of the planet.

  1. Not a surprise honestly.

Thankfully my brother got a PS4 for Christmas and I plan to get a Switch sometime soon after launch.

So, best of both worlds really.

    1. Thats ok, but if you have a PS4 you are gonna miss possibly the best JRPG of this generation… just saying.

    1. I mean, Im sure Skyrim is a game that at this point everybody wants right?

Stupid comment, these Nintendo fans (The Fanboys that only own a Nintendo console, not even a PC) are always missing great stuff. Persona 5 could have been perfect for the Switch.

Thank God I got a PS4, this game is a MUST… At least There is a possibility that the Switch will have SMTV.

  2. These games or the Yakuza before it only released on Sony’s PS4 and PS3 right? Except persona Q. The Xboxone didn’t get them either. Switch and PC fans calm yourselves.
