GAME have very recently updated their Splatoon 2 page on their website to show an August 18th release date. We have yet to hear news of an official release date from Nintendo themselves and GAME do have the right to change details of their listings at any given notice, but the fact that they’re stating “212 days to go” gives a good indication to a solid date for the game to land on our shelves.
Amazon are still showing the generic ‘To be announced’ message when searching for Splatoon 2 on their site and Nintendo’s own website is confirming a ‘Summer 2017’ launch window.
That’s stupid. The game’s not finished so a release date obviously hasn’t been decided yet.
My brother works at game and he said however did this rumour is bullshitting you all as it’s TBD stop posting rumours and focus on fact!
I know it’s not confirmed, but that would be just in time for my birthday. So, I’d be happy.

Splatoon 2 will be release in september when the online will be paid. You have to pay to play splatoon 2 :)

August is a Summer month so I wouldn’t be surprised if this was the actual release date.
