Lucky Mountain Games, the studio behind Racing Apex – a game which is still currently in development, have announced via Twitter that their new offering will be making its way onto the Nintendo Switch.

The game was slated for a Wii U release but the Racing Apex Twitter account have confirmed that they’re still planning on releasing it on that platform.

Racing Apex harks back to the arcade era and looks to be influenced by retro titles like Virtua Racing but with added combat mechanics to enjoy.

Looks outdated to me tbh but I haven’t played this so I’m not going to cast any judgement based on a few screenshots.

I’M SO HAPPY TO HEAR THIS! I really hope this game comes out soon! I was starting to think it was just going to become a scrapped project…
