Fire Emblem Heroes seems to be a celebration of the entire franchise, an interview with the game’s directors confirming the sheer number of characters featured. In an interview with Famitsu, Matsushita and Maeda revealed that the game’s initial release would feature about 100 heroes from the Fire Emblem series. As well as this, they also announced that future characters would be added through story updates. This is certainly an exciting time to be a Fire Emblem fan.
