Capcom Briefly Discuss The Possibility Of Monster Hunter On Nintendo Switch

It’s inevitable that the Monster Hunter franchise will eventually make the transition to Nintendo’s latest console, the Nintendo Switch. Wall Street Journal technology reporter Takashi Mochizuki recently caught up with Shintaro Kojima and asked whether the popular monster slaying franchise was going to come to the Switch and was told “Hope you enjoy it on the 3DS first.”

  1. Does anyone seriously think Nintendo are going to let it slide after the contribution it made to 3DS’ success? If they let it happen they are out of their minds.

Even if it still won’t be on Xbox.

  2. Not much of a monster hunter fan but I would give the game a go and buy for support I know it’s a game with potentially hundreds of hours if you stick with it

  3. Great news. I just hope this Monster Hunter game is built from the ground up to take advantage of the Switch’s power and not a high res 3DS version. I’m gonna on a limb and say Monster Hunter Switch will come in 2018

  4. Screw the 3ds! Give me a HD Monster Hunter on Switch with a giant seamless open world, great gameplay, less clunky controls, giant monsters, and amazing visuals!

  5. King Kalas X3 {Greatness Awaits at Sony PlayStation 4! Hopefully it will also await us at Nintendo Switch if Nintendo doesn't FUCK things up again!} says:

Let me know when it’s on Switch with better graphics. Til then, I’ll just enjoy Toukiden on my PS4.
