Hot off the announcement of the New Nintendo 2DS XL comes a special edition version only available in Japan. The New Nintendo 2DS XL Metal Slime Edition comes bundled with the long-awaited Dragon Quest 11 and is due to be released on July 29th. It will cost 22,480 Yen. If this was region free like the Switch I would probably try to get it.
I definitely would, and I NEVER buy imports.
the new 2DSXL would have been a day 1 purchase for me if it was possible to change faceplates.
