The very early build of the Rayman SNES prototype demo has been put online by Omar Cornut, a developer at Lizard Cube. The demo has direct feed footage available and has been uploaded to DropBox.
I've dumped a prototype demo of unreleased Rayman for SNES, here it is! (NB: very early dev build, not a full game) https://t.co/F3XB9XRhTA pic.twitter.com/oLhOdNDyHF

Previously, Rayman creator Michel Ancel posted images on Twitter when he had found the prototype to still be working, you can check it out the previous post here.
See what Ninty got started with putting Star Fox 2 on the SNES Mini? lol
||From us all others came, we are the alpha and omega of gaming…||
Uhm… Actually Atari was the Alpha, remember? lol Least the omega part is true right now. Unless Atari some how becomes a juggernaut again since I hear they might be getting back into gaming with their own console.
||That primordial corrupted abomination will never rise again, and we are the Alpha since we reshaped gaming into our own image, leaving the Atarians forgotten and buried in the Primal Age…||
Not if their new console has anything to say about it. It would be ironic if Atari came back & usurped Nintendo’s position, though. Also a bit funny.
||Blasphemy…||
Console Wars Episode VI: Return of the Atarians should be a pretty fun movie. lol
Speak English!

And what’s the problem of having SF2 on the SNES Mini?
Nothing, It was a joke. But I recognize that my humor won’t be understood by all.
Oh. I understand.
Maybe this will be on the SNES classic.
It’s Ubisoft, not Nintendo.
And they’re one of those companies who couldn’t give two craps about older titles, much less unreleased betas.
it was a joke.
Sounds amazing. :)
Rayman master race. lol
That’s pretty awesome to release it like that.
Ever since I heard that Star Fox 2 was going to be on the Super NES Classic Mini, I’ve been wondering how many other games were fully completed back in the day, but never released. Star Fox 2 can’t be the only one. Sure would be cool if Star Fox 2 caused other finished but unreleased games to become released. Only thing that would suck if that happened is that they’d probably be released digitally, and I’d never buy them.
