Fate/EXTELLA: The Umbral Star will be launching on July 21 for Nintendo Switch in Europe but if you’re in the US you’ll have to wait a bit longer until July 25. You’ll be able to get the game either on the eShop or by picking up a physical copy for £49.99 / €59.99 in Europe (£10 / €10 more than on PC). That’s $59.99 in the US. Switch owners have some extras to look forward to though with Marvelous Europe stating:
Following a successful launch on the PlayStation®4 computer entertainment system and PlayStation®Vita handheld entertainment system, the upcoming Nintendo Switch version of Fate/EXTELLA comes loaded with over 30 previously-released paid DLC costumes along with an exclusive new Unshackled Bride outfit.
Here’s a trailer for Fate/EXTELLA: The Umbral Star:
Hope there’s an audience for this game on the switch.
The gameplay is similar to the warriors series, so im sure itll do fine. It sucks that it isnt a traditional RPG like Fate/Extra, but oh well.
I’m one :v
I think it might have had a better chance at getting an audience if it was released on a different day, but since it’s being released on July 21st, it’ll probably get overshadowed by Splatoon 2.
pre-ordered back when nintendo announced the game.
