UPDATE: Super NES Classic (No Longer) Available For Pre-Order At Walmart

UPDATE – The Super NES Classic is no longer available for Pre-order at the moment. Congrats to all those who got one, and to those who didn’t, I’m sure there will be more chances soon!

The Super NES Classic is now available for pre-order at Walmart. Click here to head over to the page and secure yours while you still can!

The Super NES Classic will release on September 29, 2017 for $79.99, and includes 21 pre-installed games, including the never before released Star Fox 2.

  1. Well i’m broke for a month so I guess fuck me.
Had I known preorders would be going live ahead of time I could have been ready.
Not like there was any precedent for this since the NES classic didn’t get preorders.
So I guess I may as well not even bother showing up anywhere when the damn thing launches.

  2. thanks for the heads up and now that i placed my pre-order i will pick it up at site to store which was the default method of shipping but who cares, once i pick it up i will be the envy from all my co-workers as i have the console in hand and heading to the back and either placing it in my locker (provided it fits) or in my backpack, also that depends if i am scheduled to work that day. TL;DR: finally pre-orders are up and thanks for the heads up and also ignore everything else.

  3. I filled out all of my card information, and the site waits until I’m on the final part to place my order, then it tells me that it’s out of stock. SCREW EVERYONE! How is everybody so much faster than I am with this stuff? I should have figured this was too good to be true. It’s like everyone else just lives on the internet 24/7.

    1. I just happened to see my email notification from Wal Mart as soon as it was sent to me and before the info was spread on social media and media sites. That’s how I snagged one.

    2. Follow Wario64 on twitter. Turn on notifications for all his tweets. Also, make accounts on, bestbuy, etc with your billing info stored on the account. That way all you have to do is quickly login with your email and password and hit that purchase button.

    1. I never even found the Super NES Classic on any sites to even TRY signing up for notification. And even when I DO sign up for notifications, I never hear a single thing. Especially Amazon. I signed up to be notified when the Player 2 Corrin amiibo became available. But I never got any email letting me know. Now they’re unavailable yet again.

      1. I signed up to bestbuy and Amazon. Those seem to be the best places for these sort of things. Ill probably just have my sister go to toys r us wgen they restock. She did that for those hatchimals and was able to pick up a NED classic but passed on it. Ill just give her money for that favor.
